1. Do you have a username with a space in it, put %20 between (Michel Hagen > Michel%20Hagen).

2. Some virus scanners are rather “over enthusiastic”. We advise you to first scan your PC with your virus scanner and then temporarily deactivate your virus scanner and firewall before activating your licence.

3. In Tyre, go to Tools > License, enter your username and activation code via copy/paste.
